-How do I Check the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. If you have not received this email, please feel free to contact Shop@boniczegrid.com to check on the status of your order.
-What should I do if I need to cancel or change my order?
Kindly note that once you receive your final confirmation email with tracking information, we may not be able to change your order. Orders that are confirmed and shipped can’t be cancel or change. -My package never showed up? What happened? What should I do?
Please contact us at shop@boniczegrid.com If you do not receive your package. Bonic Zegrid is not responsible for packages once they have been consigned to a carrier for delivery to your shipping address. However, we would be happy to contact the carrier to inquire after your package.
-What if what I ordered looks different than the product photo?
Bonic Zegrid products are mainly handcrafted with love and care. Any inconsistencies in the components are natural characteristics of the materials and should not be considered defects. Most of our pieces are handmade and there is always room for uniqueness. If you have any questions, please contact us here.
-Do you offer gift notes card for orders as Gifts?

-If I send my package as a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?
No, the purchase confirmation email is received by the person who buys the items from our store. For any other special gift request, contact our costumer service here to fulfill your request.
