RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY

As most of our jewelry is made by hand there may be minor ‘imperfections’ which make each piece unique. We create in small batches unique, limited edition and one-of-a-kind pieces. Other kinds of jewelry pieces on Bonic Zegrid are of high quality. All jewelry pieces require good care to keep it in its best condition. You can use the Care Guide here for your jewelry.

Return/Exchange:

We accept returns, exchange and refunds when the jewelry has been damaged or broken on the way to you. We also offer returns and refunds if the wrong item was sent to you. Please make sure you check your merchandise on the first day is delivered by mail. On the first day of delivered order, you must send us an email if you received the jewelry damaged. The customer must attached to the email clear photos of the damage on jewelry, order number with full name, photo of the damaged shipping box and description of the damage.  Click here to fill out the return/exchange form. This Return/Exchange Form must be inside your box shipped back to us. Our store must have these evidence and the completed form to process the claim for returns, refund or exchange. We will take care of the rest for you. 

In the case of damaged or broken pieces, you as a valuable customer of Bonic Zegrid have the option to receive the same jewelry piece, a refund or exchange it for another piece you love of the same type and style. For example, if the damaged piece is a necklace, the exchange or replacement must be a necklace of the same style. Exceptions apply if the item is sold out. The customer can choose another necklace of the same value price. The exchange piece must be of the same value as the broken return piece. If not, you need to cover the difference in value.

We are unable to offer refunds/exchange or replacement on earrings for hygiene reasons or on accessible jewelry made to your specific abilities as requested previously. This applies also for any item(s) purchased during a special online promotion.

Replacement: Kindly note that the same jewelry you previously ordered might be sold out. Do not worry. We are here for you! If this is the case, we will do our best to make the piece just for you depending on supply availability. For this, you have one FREE sizing/styling virtual consultation with us. We will contact you to schedule a virtual free consultation. We want to ensure you receive what you love and enjoy wearing it for any occasion with no need to return it or exchange it. We got you covered!

* Due to the personal message printed on the gift card note, no refund or returns are available for Gift Card Notes. We are not able to offer returns on digital Gift Card. We are unable to do refund or exchange for Wall paintings whether original or  professional prints. We will ensure that your new décor piece is well packaged and protected to arrive safe and ready to enchant your personal space.

Returns Shipping cost:

We will cover the return shipping back to you once you have send to our store the damaged merchandise. This is ONLY for damaged, broken, or wrong item sent. As long as the customer have done all the required and explained above under Return/Exchange. 

No exceptions to these policies. 

Regular returns and refund: 

These are the conditions for a regular return and refund: The customer is able to request a return and receive a refund for the purchase made, if the request is sent on the same day the merchandise was delivered. Once you open your box and check out your purchase, and it needs to be return for any reason other than mentioned above for damaged, broken or wrong item sent, please send us an email with a clear photo of the item been returned, order number and full name on the order. We must receive the email about your return/refund request within 2 hours of the delivered date and time of your order. The return jewelry must be ship back to us within 24 hours of the delivered date and time of your order. Please send to our email shop@boniczegrid.com a picture of your return shipping USPS receipt with a tracking number. As soon as we receive the return jewelry within 7 days after you have shipped it back to us as stated in your email with receipt proof; we will process your request. The Merchandise Regular Return/Refund Form  must be included with the jewelry in the return shipping package. Otherwise, the return and refund requested cannot be process. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused and in its original packaging. Returns are accepted under these conditions mentioned here. No exceptions to these policies.
