Shipping Guidelines
-Do you ship to P.O Boxes?
Yes! However, please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, which means if you need your item delivered to a PO box it will be shipped out via USPS. Please note that this may affect order tracking.
-What should I do if my order never showed up?
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly urge you to select a secure shipping location. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at shop@boniczegrid.com as soon as possible. We can amend the address if the package has not left our facility, but unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. In the event of your package does go missing, please notify us immediately so that we can help you file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. Bonic Zegrid is not responsible for missing packages marked as delivered by the carrier. For added security, we highly recommend you select a shipping method that requires a signature upon delivery.
-Will I get an order confirmation notice?
Once you submit payment, you’ll see an order confirmation page with an order number. An e-mail will be sent confirming that your order has been received with a link to view the order online. Please check your junk mail folder for confirmation and add shop@boniczegrid.com to your contact list. We will send another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped.
-How do I know my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online. Please check your junk mail folder for the shipping confirmation and add shop@boniczegrid.com to your contact list.
-When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?
Orders placed Monday - Friday before 2:00 p.m. ET will begin processing that day and will be shipped within 1-4 business days for in-stock items. Accessible Jewelry request orders might take a little bit longer. Orders placed Monday - Friday after 6:00 p.m. ET will begin processing the next business day and will be shipped within 1-4 business days.
Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. ET or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. Except orders with Next Day Shipping and Express Shipping services.
*Local delivery orders for Miami areas with specific zip codes and minimum order value will be delivered on the same day. We will send you an email and text as soon as your order is fulfilled and out for delivery.
Please know you will receive tracking links emailed upon shipment to the email address provided at checkout. Please note that extra manufacturing time may be required for custom orders for accessible jewelry, repair orders and exchange orders.
Most in-stock items should ship within 1-4 days.
-Do you currently offer local delivery or express shipping?
We offer local same-day delivery only for the Miami-Dade area based on zip codes. Please contact shop@boniczegrid.com for any special requests. Please write in the subject line “local delivery special request”. We will do what we can to get the items you desire into your hands on time.
-Do you ship internationally?
At this time, boniczegrid.com only takes special requests on international shipping. If you are interested in international shipping please connect with our Costumer Services through the live chat module on our site or contact shop@boniczegrid.com, for special requests. International customers may be able to order merchandise by a traceable method at their own expense. We require you to use a provider who will provide a tracking number to ensure your package does not get lost.
-Do I have to pay the shipping for a damaged, broken or wrong item?
We will cover all the shipping cost for you. Please see all details here
-What is the shipping cost for returns/exchange/refunds?
Please note any returns (jewelry) for refund requires return shipping and processing be included for $10. The same applies for exchange both way shipping. Return and exchange must be done within 7 days of the delivery day by mail, we will gladly process your request. See more details here
-What is the shipping cost for jewelry's repair?
We offer Free shipping to send your jewelry after it has been repaired by Bonic Zegrid. Guess what? If you purchase other pieces (up to 3) for a gift to someone or yourself from our store within the time we are working on your piece's repair, we can send all jewelry pieces together in one FREE shipping Bonic Box, if you wish to do so. You only have to cover the return shipping for repair. The rest is on us. We are happy to offer you the best service and shopping experience. See more details on repair here
