REPAIR POLICY
Please read below the guidelines for repairs:
We offer repairs only on jewelry that has been made by us excluding orders that were damaged, broken or under the wrong item case. We offer repairs for accessible jewelry previously purchased from Bonic Zegrid. We are happy to offer you a repair warranty for 1 week after your purchase.
Just send us an email to shop@boniczegrid.com with the following information before you ship your jewelry for repair:
1. Proof of your purchase (invoice, order confirmation receipt or bank statement). We will confirm the purchase at our end as well.
2.Fill out and send us your Repair Form with photos of what needs to be repaired via email to shop@boniczegrid.com Please include in your Subject line of your email: "Repair-your full name". We are here to help you.
*We will follow up with you on the requested repair with all details. After we receive your repair form with photos, we make an assessment and a repair fee is determine according to the jewelry piece. We are here to help you. We will do all that is possible for you to have a long lasting Bonic Zegrid jewelry to wear it, enjoy it, and inspire with your style.
SHIPPING:
We offer Free shipping to send your jewelry after it has been repaired by Bonic Zegrid. Guess what? If you purchase other pieces (up to 3) for a gift to someone or yourself from our store within the time we are working on your piece's repair, we can send all jewelry pieces together in one FREE shipping Bonic Box, if you wish to do so. You only need to send us your purchase order confirmation via email of the other pieces ( up to 3), and we will send it together for free to you. Please specify that we are currently have under repair a piece of yours, give your full name to group all your orders in one FREE shipping box for you.
*Jewelry send back to us for repair must be sent in its original packaging (jewelry box/pouch). Kindly note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping of the jewelry piece for repair. We require you to use USPS as the carrier provider with a tracking number to ensure your package does not get lost. This tracking number needs to be included in the Repair Form. This tracking number needs to be included in the repair form you send to us once your repair has been approved by you and the store. When you send us your jewelry for repair make sure to include its Repair Form completed inside the shipping box. When we receive your box your jewelry is classified for repair.
REPAIR LEAD TIME:
Some jewelry pieces are one of a kind or from a limited collection, therefore repair of some specific pieces might take longer or supply might not be available at the time. The repair turn-around will be 1-2 weeks unless otherwise noted.
Our goal is to bring your jewelry back to its new condition and see you smile with your style wearing Bonic Zegrid!
